By borrowing from WonderBox, a toy and book library located at the AMHA Autism Centre and managed by the ANRC PTA (Parents Teachers Association of AMHA Neuro Rehab Centre), members agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the responsible use, care, and timely return of all borrowed items, while fostering a positive borrowing experience for all participants

1. Borrowing a Toy
   1. Members must log in to the portal and click “Borrow” to select a toy.
   2. Toys must be collected from AMHA.
   3. When collecting a toy, members must:
      1. Present their membership card.
      2. Fill in and sign the register.
      3. Inspect and verify the toy before taking it home.
2. Toy Usage and Care
   1. Toys should be used safely under parental supervision.
   2. Members must ensure:
      1. The safety of children and the toy.
      2. The original box/cover is retained.
      3. The toy is repacked neatly, without missing parts.
3. Returning a Toy
   1. Toys must be returned to AMHA within the due date.
   2. When returning a toy, members must:
      1. Ensure all parts are included.
      2. Have an AMHA staff member sign the register and mark the return on the WonderBox portal (admin access).
4. Toy Inspection and Accountability
   1. The Library In-Charge (Superadmin) will check the toy upon return.
   2. The Superadmin will:
      1. Approve the return if the toy is in good condition.
      2. Contact the parent if parts are missing.
      3. Report to the PTA Executive Committee if the toy is damaged or if missing pieces are not provided within a reasonable time.
   3. The PTA Executive Committee will decide on appropriate actions if a toy is damaged, unusable, or a violation occurs, including:
      1. Levying a fine.
      2. Cancelling the refundable deposit.
      3. Suspending membership.
      4. Escalating the issue to AMHA management for serious violations.
5. Membership Fees
   1. The PTA Executive Committee sets a minimum membership fee of Rs. 500/- .
   2. A refund of Rs. 250/- will be provided when a student leaves the AMHA Centre.
6. Library Access
   1. The library is accessible only via the online portal and authorized staff.
   2. Members are not permitted to browse the physical library.
7. Terms and Conditions Updates
   1. The PTA Executive Committee may update these terms and conditions with minor modifications.
   2. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

By borrowing a toy from AMHA, members agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
